Meet Our TeamCooper and Stebbins commenced the planning of
Southlake Town Square in 1995. It was a collaborative effort involving the
architect, David M. Schwarz, the residents of the community, and the City of Southlake Planning Department.
The process culminated in a 20 year master plan with construction of the phase being completed in 1999.
Since then, buildings and use complementary to those already in place have been added every year. CLB Partners Ltd. is a real estate company developing
urban in-fill locations into quality for-sale communities. The firm focuses on luxury
new construction product emphasizing an upscale urban enviroment, and
also develops historic renovations of lofts and other quality real estate projects. Previous projects

D. C. based design firm established in 1976. The firm is most widely known for its design of

and The Brownstones at Southlake Town Square in Southlake, TX. Merriman Associates/Architects, Inc. (maa) is a Dallas-based
architecture and planning firm offering programming, master planning, architectural design,
space planning, interior architecture/design, graphic design, construction document production,
construction observation, and facilities move coordination. Urban mixed-use projects with residential,
retail, office and hotel buildings are a specialized area of expertise for maa. These projects extend
from coast to coast and include over 100 major cities. Andres Construction is a construction/construction management
firm with the special expertise in guiding the preconstruction and construction process to achieve the
maximum value in the finished building under a professional services contract with the owner. |
