1. How many Brownstones will be built?
The Brownstones at Town Square are planned for a
total of up to 114 developed lots. Current plans call for up to 113 Brownstones and one (1)
commercial office Brownstone (on the southern end of Summit Avenue).
2. Is there a model?
Yes, the Sales Office is located at 1571 Main Street.
The Sales Office is open by appointment or as advertised (check the home page of this website for details).
Please be aware when coming by that many of the homes surrounding the Sales Office are owned and
occupied by Brownstones residents.
3. What is the price range for a Brownstone?
Prices for homes vary by home size, location,
options, and lots size. They are set when homes are released for sale and will be posted at
that time.
4. Can I purchase a Brownstone if I am one on the Qualified Waiting List>
Yes! Homes will be released first to our Qualified Waiting List;
however, after a designated amount of time, the homes will be for sale to anyone wishing to purchase.
5. Should I submit my information for the Interest List?
Yes! Being on the Interest List allows for us to
communicate information to your when it becomes available.
6. How long will it be until the homes are completed?
Phase 2A (11 homes) is under construction and is
expected to be completed by mid-2007. The balance of Phase 2 (29 homes) and Phase 3 (est. 40 homes)
will follow in sequence, with staged completions from mid-to-late 2007
through final completion of the last home, expected by the summer of 2009. Anticipated construction
schedules will be issued for each group of homes as they are released.
7. Where can I find more marketing information?
The website will be updated for current information
regarding releases, pricing, the Brownstone site plan, individual Brownstone floorplans, typical features,

8. What options or upgrades are available when purchasing a Brownstone?
During the pre-sales period, Purchasers are offered
selected interior options, including upgraded finishes, appliance packages, flooring options, cabinet
selections, and more. Exterior facades as well as interior floorplans, garages, and bonus rooms are set
by the developer for each lot.
9. What is the size of individual homes in The Brownstones?
The three-story Brownstone homes range in size from approximately
2,600 sf. up to 4,500 sf. All of the homes have been designed to accommodate an elevator if
desired. In addition, many of the homes have private courtyards and finished bonus rooms above the garage.
10. Who is the developer?
The developer is The Brownstones at Town Square, L.P.,
a partnership between Cooper & Stebbins, L.P. and CLB Partners, Ltd. Cooper & Stebbins is the
developer of Southlake Town Square, in which the Brownstones are located. CLB Partners is a real estate
